Cardamom has a warm, sweet, minty effect. The seeds are used extensively in indian cooking but are also extremely useful for all kinds of digestive ailments or nausea. The oil is a great mood booster, similar to rosemary or peppermint and a great note for fragrances or fresheners alike.

Directions: Enjoy our oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath and as a massage oil. Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.
