Description

This calming & soothing body balm is packed with the power of three skin-healing herbs and beeswax:

TAMANU OIL

Tamanu oil, rich in natural fatty acids, helps repair scarred and damaged skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties help skin conditions like acne, eczema, and other conditions.

Tamanu oil has antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal properties. It promotes new tissue formation, helps fade stretch marks, helps improve the appearance of scars, and aids in minor healing cuts, burns, and rashes.

We use pure Tamanu oil, not an extract. This oil is unrefined, has not been bleached or deodorized and retains its naturally rich, earthy, sweet, nutty aroma and nutritional benefits. This oil is non-greasy, readily absorbs into the skin, and is non-comedogenic (non-pore clogging).

PLANTAIN INFUSED IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The leaves, rich in mucilage, salicylic acid, and tannins, aid in healing wounds, burns, and bruises. It moisturises the skin and is one of the most effective anti-itching herbal remedies.

Extra virgin olive oil has anti-inflammatory ingredients called Triterpenes that may aid wound healing.

CHICKWEED INFUSED IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Chickweed is a herb that reduces inflammation and itching on the skin. It contains relatively high amounts of vitamins (such as vitamin C) and flavonoids, partly explaining its use as a topical treatment for skin irritations and itching. Therefore, it is worth trying chickweed when suffering from skin irritation symptoms.
